Together with business stakeholders, you will determine the product breakdowns and prioritize the backlog items for each sprint. You will ensure clear user stories and feasible designs. You will manage the execution of projects and keep stakeholders informed on progress. You will also ensure quality by monitoring performance, organizing testing, and ensuring controlled takeovers. You will establish the framework for proactive lifecycle management of your domain and manage licenses and support contracts. You will oversee supplier services, external parties, and support partners within your domain and monitor project budgets and service costs.

Your position in the organization
You will report hierarchically to the IT Director of the Netherlands and functionally to the Business Owners. You will lead multidisciplinary, agile teams functionally, consisting of external resources from suppliers and the Service Delivery team, which includes application administrators. The Service Delivery Manager will support you in this. You will also work closely with business stakeholders, Business and Data Analysts, and the other Product Owner.
