As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play an integral role in supporting our recruitment and employer branding initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in a variety of areas, including content creation, talent sourcing, candidate communication, and recruitment marketing. You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager, HR team, marketing, and design teams to deliver high-quality recruitment materials and enhance our employer brand.

  • Digital Content Creation: Design recruitment assets such as candidate packs, job descriptions, and engaging digital content to attract top talent.
  • Communication Development: Craft and optimise impactful communication strategies and templates throughout the recruitment journey
  • Community Building: Support the creation and management of talent pools, by identifying emerging talent communities and building long-term relationships.
  • Talent Intelligence & Sourcing: You will assist with sourcing top talent by conducting research on key talent pools and monitoring competitor strategies.
  • Recruitment Operations: Support operational activities such as interviews, candidate communications, and administrative support.
  • Recruitment Marketing & Branding: You will help develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance our employer brand and attract the best candidates.

About You

The qualities we are looking for:

  • Someone who is currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme in The Netherlands and is able to work from the Amsterdam office at least 3 days a week.
  • Eager to learn, explore new challenges, and develop practical skills in the world of recruitment and communications
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus; familiarity with Adobe tools is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging, clear, and persuasive content.
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to uncover insights, solve problems, and contribute fresh ideas to improve the recruitment experience.
  • Microsoft Excel skills at an intermediate level
  • Basic understanding and interest in research techniques and data gathering methods to assess talent trends and competitor activity.
