Commercialization Specialist

FrieslandCampina Professional is looking for a Commercialization Specialist.
What we ask
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or Marketing
- Minimum of 4 years of Supply Chain/Operations experience in a Demand/Supply Planning/Manufacturing environment within FMCG and minimum of 1 year of project management experience
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Project management skills and being able to lead (virtual) project teams
- Effective negotiation, influencing, motivational skills across a diverse matrixed organization
- Ability to influence stakeholders and management and to work in a multi-cultural, dynamic environment
- Customer-focused mind set
- Financially solid knowledge to challenge business cases
- Being able to work under pressure
- Continuously looks for opportunities and improvements within daily work context, being pragmatic and take ownership in implementing solutions
- Being able to travel on regular basis to our factory in Lummen (Belgium): +/- 2 days per week, biweekly

Vacancy description
- Provides Supply Chain Solutions for the factory grid of Customer Supply Chain (CSC) Professional; incl. plants and third parties in the network
- Serves as the primary interface to business teams that want to initiate a product launch or product transition, to ensure that optimal business plans are executed throughout the Supply Chain
- Owns the critical path for all commercialization activities and driving project team to adhere to this plan. Ensure critical issues are identified and resolution plans are actioned
- Ensures project timelines are realistic and cross-functionally aligned; take immediate action to minimize impact of delays on critical path
- Creates SKU portfolio complexity analysis (based on SC network scope) and prepares change proposals and drive SC adaptation. Influences key-stakeholders based on decision documents to optimize the portfolio
- Owns portfolio optimization target and creates/owns/manages its execution
- Participates in projects E.g., NPD, Tenders, New market out-roll, Local Redesigns, Artwork changes, Local Contingency projects, Local CAPEX as part of Innovation projects
- Implements projects (phase-in/phase-out) for the factory grid of CSC Professional
- Ensures timely in-store product availability, with a product meeting customer demands
- Shares progress updates, risks and issues with Supply Chain stakeholders and project management in a timely fashion
- Ensures project management reporting for projects when fulfilling the role as project lead, according to defined formats (in e.g., Principal Toolbox)
