What's the role?

For our Netherlands office, we're looking for an X-EU Fire Protection Consultant to build strategic partnerships across Europe and penetrate Large Project Accounts.

What does the role involve?

Your responsibilities will be:

• Act as fire protection consultant for X-EU Large Projects by providing advanced engineering expertise to the top construction projects/accounts across Europe.
• Manage a strategic partnership and drive the unique fire protection solution across European countries to penetrate the Large Project accounts.
• Support Hilti Large Project stakeholders across Europe to develop relationships with the top European clients and further develop the Hilti fire protection solutions within their standards.
• Present and deliver Integrated Project Solutions (IPS) offer in Large Project acquisition meetings to secure FP business opportunities.
• Leads FP business development activities in Large Project including driving European project funnel, approved vendor list activities, stakeholder management with de Key customers.
• Work closely with X-EU Segments, BU FP, E&I Offer Team to detect the gap offer in Large Project, the offer includes Hardware, Software and Services.
• Provide support to the European LP teams, make the link with the regional PMs, Global BU and FS experts.
• Support the engineers marking non-standard applications in early stages.

We invest more than 5% of our turnover every year in exploring new solutions in diamond systems, measuring tools, firestops, anchors and other fastening systems.

What you need is:

• Bachelor or Master in engineering (ideally civil or mechanical engineering)
• At least 3 years of marketing or sales experience, ideally with Fire Protection. Experience with E&I customers is a plus.
• Fluent in English, other languages are beneficial.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
