Job Description:

This is a temporary role for 1 year with the purpose to:

• Define & set up the distribution strategy for Mars food
• Define & build the capabilities of distribution management and share across the business
• Start driving business & sales with the distributors, that will sell our brands/products in their respective markets

Overall, the goal is to set up a distribution strategy and serve the markets where we don’t have a local Food unit.

What are we looking for?

• Min 3+ years of relevant experience as Distribution Manager/Export manager or having set up new RTM strategies
• Proven experience in building capabilities across the organization
• Fluent in English and other European or Middle Eastern language.
• Excellent communication, analytical and people leadership skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

Your responsibility is to define the capabilities needed for successful distribution management and share across the organization. There are 3 main pillars within this responsibility:

• Create & implement a distribution strategy for Mars food

Capabilities

• Define the capabilities needed for successful distribution management and share across the organization.

Business

• Set up the actual relationship & sales with the distributor and create yearly (3-5 year) plans with them and be the main point of contact for the distributors
