Join our Commercial Graduate Programme as a Business Development Representative, and you’ll be supporting and learning from experienced sales colleagues in the new logo acquisition team, managing business development activities, and driving growth by identifying and selling the ideal solutions to new clients.
At the end of the programme, you’ll become a permanent employee within our Commercial function.
What you’ll be doing:
Working in our Sales team, you’ll be responsible for assisting with prospecting activities, including database management, market research, and contact validation using digital tools, social media and AI. You’ll be communicating directly with new potential customers, capturing key insights, summarising discussions, and maintaining a record of historical interactions.

You must have a Bachelors university degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications or Technology/Engineering, and be fluent in English (other Native European languages such as French or Spanish are a plus). You should have a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships and driving business growth, being self-motivated, leading by example, taking initiative, and driven to succeed.
