As a workflow design consultant, you will analyze and redesign clinical processes to improve efficiency and patient care. Your responsibilities include leading customer interactions, collaborating with healthcare providers and stakeholders to understand their needs, and ensuring the successful implementation of workflow solutions. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize healthcare processes, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall operational performance in specific care environments or service lines. You are expected to understand the current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and design new workflows that increase efficiency and improve the experiences of patients and staff.

Your role:

  • You will be generating sales and business development for Philips equipment through consultancy services, contributing to the total contract value and annual operating plan in the International Region, and helping to operationalize the consultancy strategy.
  • You will be actively networking at operational, managerial, and executive C-suite levels, initiating, shaping, preparing, implementing, executing, and leading projects for clients both within and beyond the individual's expertise through broader business consulting.
  • You will be managing complex programs across multiple areas of competence, making connections, and contributing to the strategic direction and competencies of the organization.
  • You will be part of the Healthcare Consultancy Services of the International Region and reporting to Abdullah Kohestani, Consultancy Services Leader.
  • The majority of your work will be in the areas of cardiovascular and neuro intervention, radiology and acute care.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have experience in program management and are familiar with lean methodologies and ways of working.
  • You hold a master’s degree in a relevant healthcare field and 5+ years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • You see the bigger picture, have a forward-thinking mindset and the ability to influence others.
  • Fluent level of English (written and spoken). Additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic) would be considered a plus.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.

* This role requires international travel on average 4-6 times per year.

**This role is not open to relocation.
