Director IT

The ideal candidate has solid experience in managing a modern, mature, lean & scalable, robust and fit-for-purpose IT department, a successful leadership track record being able to transition a team to a modern cloud-based IT environment, is used to working strategically while maintaining a ‘can do’ mentality and has a clear cybersecurity mindset and understanding of managing cybersecurity risk and data privacy related topics. The candidate has experience with integrating acquisitions into the main IT environment and has ample experience in managing an IT and application landscape in the cloud (MS, AWS). Given Exact’s global footprint, which includes an offshore development center in Kuala Lumpur, the candidate has international management experience.

The IT team (40 FTE) consists of a management team of 4 people. This role reports to the CFO and is part of the CFO Management Team, alongside our other global functions e.g. Legal, M&A, Strategy, Risk and Finance. • You have experience in streamlining an extensive application landscape and bringing applications to a cloud environment
• Together with procurement, you actively manage software vendors

• You are fluent in both Dutch and English. German is a plus
• You have experience in managing software providers
