We're looking for a Product Designer to own and drive the end-to-end product experience from our Amsterdam office. You'll shape our core products - from our dental marketplace to our complete practice management suite. Here's the deal: we need stunning design that actually works - someone who can tackle complex workflows, build scalable systems, and transform how dental practices operate.

What you'll own

• Reimagine Industry Tools: Take ownership of complex dental workflows and turn them into powerful, intuitive experiences

• Design End-to-End: Lead the full design process from research to implementation, working directly with our engineering team

• Create Consistency: Build and maintain a bulletproof design system that scales across our product suite

• Drive Results: Use analytics and user research to validate your decisions and prove impact

• Support Growth: Occasional collaboration on marketing initiatives to maintain brand consistency

What we need

• Portfolio required (include password if private)

• Proven track record of shipping complex products with measurable impact

• High standards in everything you do - from pixel-perfect UI to rock-solid UX flows

• Ability to work autonomously and drive projects forward without handholding

• Experience with SaaS products and B2B environments
