Join Our Team as a Process Mining Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Process Mining Consultant to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in process optimization through advanced Process Mining tools, particularly Celonis.

Responsibilities

• Implement Process Mining – Deploy Celonis to analyze and optimize business processes.

• Data Engineering – Develop ETL pipelines and integrate data from SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.

• Client Collaboration – Translate business needs into data-driven solutions and insights.

• Automation & RPA – Optimize processes using UiPath, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.

• Consulting & Strategy – Advise on process efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Fluent German (native or C2 level) – mandatory.

• Based anywhere in Europe (including Spain) and available for a hybrid/remote work model.

• Experience in Process Mining and tools such as Celonis. (2 years)

• Strong knowledge of data engineering, process modeling, and analytics.

• Consulting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
