A day in your life with us

As a Digital Solution (AI) Intern, you will focus on planning and executing the deployment of a GenAi solution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the solution meets their requirements. Your main objective will be to facilitate user adoption and manage the change process effectively. What you will learn is:

• Assist in Planning and Execution: Help plan and execute the deployment of the GenAi solution.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and ensure the solution meets their requirements.
• Develop Training Materials: Create and deliver training materials and workshops to facilitate user adoption.
• Monitor User Feedback: Analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Support Change Management: Communicate updates and address concerns during the change management process.
• Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to the deployment process.
• Develop Metrics: Assist in developing metrics to measure the success of the deployment and adoption efforts.

Hard skills:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, Change Management, or a related field in The Netherlands
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in project management or change management is a plus
