Wat ga je doen?
Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren MS Teams Voice Engineer die verantwoordelijk is voor het plannen, implementeren, beheren en optimaliseren van voice- en telefonieoplossingen binnen Microsoft Teams. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en externe leveranciers om geavanceerde communicatieoplossingen te realiseren.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het configureren, implementeren en beheren van Microsoft Teams Phone met voice-functionaliteiten.
- Na implementatie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het troubleshooten en oplossen van technische problemen met betrekking tot voice en telefonie.
- Jij werkt nauw samen met telecommunicatieproviders en derde partijen voor integratie van geavanceerde functies.
- Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van netwerkprestaties voor Teams-oproepen.
- Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het documenteren van processen en technische configuraties.
Wat breng jij mee:
- Minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in IT of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Ervaring met Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 en PowerShell.
- Kennis van Direct Routing, Operator Connect en Teams Calling Plans is een pre.
- Microsoft-certificeringen zoals MS-720 of MS-700 zijn een pluspunt.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen.
