Business Administration Internship: Support the Global Mobility Team

Introduction

We are seeking an intern to support the Global Mobility team. ASML is a leading company in international global mobility, offering a great opportunity to learn how an international organization arranges its internal processes and ensures compliance in global mobility.

Your Assignment

This administrative internship involves supporting the team with daily tasks and projects. You will gain immigration knowledge and potentially social security and international tax knowledge. You will primarily prepare documents and letters needed for ASML employees to obtain work permits or entry visas.

The Global Mobility team is located in the Netherlands, Taiwan, Korea, and the US, providing a diverse and dynamic environment with a global scope. The internship is based in the Netherlands.

Key deliverables include:

  • Preparing documents and letters;
  • (Learning to) Give advice to our employees;
  • Assist in a range of projects with experienced colleagues;
  • Supporting the Global Mobility team in projects;
  • Being the first point of contact for our employees regarding Global Mobility.

This is a vocational/bachelor apprentice internship for a minimum of 6 months, 3-5 days per week (3 days on-site). The start date is September 2025.

Your Profile

To be a perfect match for this internship, you:

  • Have a background in Business Administration, International Business, or a related study;
  • Preferably have administrative experience;
  • Are a team player, proactive, and a creative thinker;
  • Are structured and have a sharp eye for process improvements;
  • Are fluent in English, written and spoken.

Other Requirements You Need to Meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. If currently living/studying outside the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter should include the willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen studying in the Netherlands, your university must be willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
