Do you want to be the driving force behind our online growth in Germany? Are you excited about B2B e-commerce, marketing, and delivering results? Then we are looking for you as Marketer for the German market!

About the role

Within our marketing team, as a Marketer Germany, you will be responsible for developing and executing the local growth strategy for our German webshop. You will have plenty of room for your own input and let the numbers speak for themselves.

You will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and the German competition, translating these insights into marketing campaigns, the right product offerings, and smart pricing strategies. You will work closely with our search and CRO specialists, customer service, sales, and category management teams.

What will you do?

As a marketer for Germany, you will carry out the following tasks:

• Translate insights from the local market and website into growth strategies and actions.
• Set up marketing campaigns for SEA, SEO, social media, and more.
• Implement online conversion optimization improvements.
• Ensure proper brand positioning and communication.
• Collaborate with category management on product mix and pricing.
• Analyze and report the results for Germany, including developing improvement plans.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who can work both independently and as part of a team within a B2B e-commerce scale-up company. You have the ambition to further develop yourself and know how to take the marketing strategy to the next level. You also recognize yourself in the following:

• You have a completed degree at the bachelor’s or master’s level in a relevant field.
• You have experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working data-driven.
• You have experience creating effective content and managing online campaigns.
• German is your native language. You speak English well, as that is our internal language.
• You have a hands-on mentality.

Flexible working hours

Colleagues in the office are given the opportunity to determine themselves at what time they start the working day. This may be between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. A private appointment before or after working hours is so easy to combine.
