Your work at Yuccaa

What exactly will I be doing?

You will support the coolest companies in the Benelux with their growth ambitions! You will do this by independently improving their IT, Supply Chain, and/or Finance processes. You will do this in a project focused on the implementation or optimization of NetSuite or the integration of a related system such as a WMS, PIM, webshop, or CRM.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating with internal and external teams to achieve the best results. You are the driving force behind the change and contribute to making the best choices and solutions.

You will remain closely involved during the implementation, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Towards the end of the project, you will review with the entire team how it went, identify further opportunities, and make adjustments. All for a top result!

We are a team of three. Camiel is practically minded and makes everything understandable, and also takes care of the Friday afternoon drinks. Jeffrey is tireless, and we affectionately call him the life of the party. His Rotterdam straightforwardness ensures clarity, so you can see exactly where you stand. Since 2023, Bjorn has joined us. Bjorn has a background in project management and a keen interest in systems and processes.

Your strength

If you are eager to take on complex IT projects, we want you on our team! You fit with us if you:

• Have at least a completed HBO degree
• Get a thrill from achieving results
• Have previous experience working in a project-based environment
• Have two to four years of experience with NetSuite
• Speak and write fluent Dutch and English
• Are an energetic team player who enjoys thinking about the growth of Yuccaa!

Your tasks

• Implementing or improving the key processes within an organization in the areas of Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales;
• Lending a helping hand to our clients when it comes to improving, supporting, and guiding their current processes;
• Building a network with organizations and partners; Initiating and managing projects as a project manager;
• Deepening your knowledge in our field and learning about developments within ERP.
