Senior RPA Developer

What you'll do

  • Provide RPA solution design & support to internal TomTom customers throughout the deployment of new automation projects.
  • Analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and develop RPA or guide to another technology solution.
  • Learn and utilize exciting new technologies and how they integrate with RPA.
  • Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes.
  • Develop new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
  • Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures solutions around them.
  • Problem solves issues that arise in day to day running of processes and provides timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimization of existing RPA processes to ensure continuous improvements.
  • Able to create scalable secure and efficient RPA solution design Expertise in end-to-end implementation of RPA project life cycle.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with existing IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA tools, techniques, and industry trends to improve automation capabilities.

What you'll need

  • Continuous improvement mindset. Ability to analyze business processes to identify process improvements and optimization.
  • Identifying opportunities in process automation in a range of TomTom departments.
  • A genuine interest and willingness to learn new technology around process automation.
  • Ability to assess the “as is” state, identify opportunities for improvement, and lay out a roadmap for the “to be” state that leverages automation technologies.
  • Proven ability to understand complex business processes in a short period of time.
  • A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.

What's nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology or Similar stream with overall 5+ years of experience
  • 4+ Years of experience in various RPA tool sets (UiPath (Preferred), Power Automate, MS Power Platform etc.)
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle including Agile SCRUM
  • Experience in developing Automation solutions using a combination of technologies - AI/ML, UiPath, Power Automate or other RPA Tools
  • Experience in integrating different applications using web services or Rest API’s etc.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or VB.NET.
  • Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, including data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing.
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Power platform & other emerging technologies such as advanced OCR, Machine Learning, Chatbots
  • UiPath Certified Professionals (UiARD) preferred
