Data Science Assistant

The job

We are looking for an eager student currently engaged in either law or technical/analytical studies. You will be supporting our Legal Operations department team on a multitude of data-related administration tasks for different clients.

You will be responsible for data handling and technical process support. Tasks include but are not limited to: data wrangling, data migration, automation and process improvements.

All under the supervision of our Legal Operations team.

Working as a data science assistant offers a great opportunity for anybody with an eye for detail, who enjoys learning more about the daily business in an Internationally-oriented law firm. You will be working in a team with other data science assistants.

The ideal candidate

• We are looking for a student who is flexible, stress resistant and able to work both independently and as a member of a team.
• A background in either law or technical/analytical studies.
• Excellent English skills.
• Working meticulously is very important in this position, and therefore having relevant experience is a plus.
• You need to be available two days a week; your work days will be scheduled in agreement with you.
• Good IT knowledge and Excel skills are a must (or an extreme willingness to learn)
