Wat je als International Recruiter gaat doen

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in the success of JJM Personnel. You will manage around ten vacancies simultaneously and recruit six to eight new candidates weekly. Your focus will be on the construction - and technical sector. You will collaborate closely with a team of eight colleagues, including sales staff, job coaches, and fellow recruiters. And don’t forget office dog Gappie! Together, you will ensure the best matches. JJM aims to grow from 150 to 200 successful placements by 2025. Are you ready to contribute to this ambition?
Your responsibilities:

  • Impactful recruitment: Handle incoming applications, select and connect international candidates via job boards, social media, and your own network with employers.
  • Constant communication: Maintain open and honest relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues. You’ll also visit clients on-site.
  • Achieving results: Always find the shortest route to identify the best candidates and successfully match them with clients.
  • Pushing boundaries: Collaborate with the Sales & Recruitment Manager to innovate and create value for the organization.

  • Transparent and open: Honest communication and clear expectations come naturally to you.
  • Multilingual: Fluent in Dutch and English, with knowledge of Romanian is a plus!

Een inkijkje in je agenda

  • Monday

    Start with a team meeting to set priorities and pet Gappie!

    Respond to weekend messages, contact candidates, and conduct intake interviews. You’ll join Twan for a client meeting this week.

  • Tuesday

    Focus on active recruitment!

    Select candidates via social media, job boards, and your network. Conduct video interviews and improve campaigns to generate more responses.

  • Wednesday

    You meet with Kain to review weekly goals and progress.

    You follow up all candidates to finalize arrangements and ensure placement targets are met.

  • Thursday

    You visit a client to get a clear understanding of their workplace and expectations. You want to make sure that the client gets 10 new employees!

    You appeal to your network, to ask if there are any options. You want to be able to propose 15 candidates.

  • Friday

    This morning you visited the client with Twan, you feel motivated to help this client.

    Then you evaluate the week with the team, celebrate successes, and set goals for the upcoming week. You end the week with a team social event!
