You won’t be fetching coffee. You’ll be helping build better campaigns — with your hands, heart and head.

What you'll be doing

Together with our Paid Ads specialists, you’ll help run and optimise ad campaigns across channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn and more. You’ll work with a diverse client portfolio — from e-commerce and FMCG to recruitment and sports — which means you’ll learn how performance marketing works in very different playing fields.

You’ll:

• Help set up, monitor and optimise ad campaigns
• Write and test ad copy for different platforms and audiences
• Dive into campaign data to report on performance and learnings
• Contribute to A/B testing and growth experiments
• Use tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Looker Studio
• Join brainstorms, daily stand-ups and feedback moments

You’ll learn more in a few months than most do in a year — because you’ll actually be doing it.

What we’re looking for
You don’t have to know everything — but you do need to show up curious and committed. We’d love to meet you if you:

• Are studying marketing, communication, media, or a related field
• Are interested in advertising, data and performance
• Can work independently and enjoy being part of a team
• Are not afraid to try, fail, learn and try again
• Speak and write fluent Dutch (bonus: English)
• Are available for at least 4–5 months, 3+ days per week
