The AML & Screening Quality Assurance Team
The team performs quality assurance on assessments performed by the AML & Screening Investigation teams as well as the Merchant Fraud team. The purpose of this process is to identify incidental and structural deficiencies in our Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Monitoring, Customer & Transaction Screening, and Merchant Fraud investigations in order to minimize Adyen’s risk exposure.
What you will do
You will perform quality assurance testing on the assessments performed by the AML & Screening and Merchant Fraud investigation teams located in Amsterdam, Madrid, and Sao Paulo. This entails:
Next to these core tasks, you will also play an instrumental role in further maturing the QA framework within these domains by optimizing processes, documentation, and tooling. Projects and side tasks can include taking ownership of risk gaps or inconsistencies that have been identified in our processes and ensuring that these are resolved, improving upon documentation, and identifying efficiency blockers in the investigation or QA processes, etc.
