Technical Data Analyst

As Technical Service Data Analyst, you translate data into information to support data-driven decisions or to identify improvement actions. Examples are the analysis of technical and production data from a customer system to identify how the customer could improve its operations, or data analyses on our internal service management system to identify opportunities to further improve our services.

In this role, you will both support our customers directly as internal functions such as Technical Support specialists and Field Service Engineers. As internal key-user of digital solutions, you will also provide input towards development teams to further improve our digital solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyze customer process performance by discovering performance losses, abnormalities and recognizing trends; relate this to the poultry processing (equipment); involve colleague service specialists when required to draw the right conclusion
• Train customers onsite or remotely to use digital (analytics) solutions and interpret data correctly
• Write conclusions from analyses in reports and present these to customers
• Provide stakeholders in Poultry organization with the right information on technical and technological performance of our customers
• Support Technical Support specialists or Field Service Engineers to identify technical or technological problems and/or improvements based on your data analyses
• Provide 3rd line support if customers are experiencing issues with digital (analytics) solutions
• Improve standard customer reporting and dashboarding set; translate requirements from customer or internal stakeholders into a design; explain to development team and test afterwards

• Bachelor degree in a technical area, for example Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
• Strong analytic skills and a pro-active attitude
• You learn quickly how to use new software and you have good skills in MS Excel
• You eager to learn how automated Poultry processing solutions (machines, controls, MES solutions) work
• As a person you are customer oriented, well organized and share knowledge easily
• Experience in a similar position is a plus, but we encourage candidates with a strong technical background who want to grow towards this role
• You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
• You would like to work in a new small team which is full of development
