The GenAI Lab is an expert organization focused on consolidating GenAI expertise within operations. Our mission is to innovate in the GenAI space, delivering state-of-the-art solutions, driving cost efficiency, and increasing adoption. As a GenAI Lab Expert, you will lead GenAI expertise in operations, deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for selected use cases, scale up learnings, and build in-house capabilities. You will support the delivery of ambitious projects to transform business processes using AI and generative AI, drive cost reduction, and increase the adoption of GenAI. Additionally, you will define and implement sustainable AI/GenAI development and management processes in line with Responsible AI principles and stay updated on new developments in the GenAI market.

Sobre ti

You should have a strong understanding of AI and GenAI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and relevant tools. You should have experience in developing and delivering Proof of Concepts (PoCs) quickly, along with strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work closely with other departments and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. An innovative mindset and willingness to experiment with new technologies are crucial.

Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and experience with cloud computing platforms (preferably Azure) are necessary. Familiarity with foundation models and orchestration tools is a plus. You should also have experience in backend software development and AI solution development, and the ability to learn and work with emerging technologies in the Cloud/IT space. Fluency in English and a strong interest in cutting-edge technologies and user experience are essential.

Furthermore you have:

• You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
• You should have professional experience in IT & Data innovation (preferably AI/GenAI).
• You should have significant experience in project management and delivery of PoCs.
• You should have experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• You should have demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• You should have experience with cloud computing platforms and services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• You should have proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI development.
