Internship - Supply Chain Management and Operations

Are you ready to kick-start your career at one of the world’s most iconic companies?

At Unilever, we’re not just about creating products – we’re about building dreams, opportunities, and innovation. With over 400 brands like Dove, Knorr, and Lipton, we’re committed to making sustainable living commonplace.

This is more than just an internship; it’s a chance to learn, grow, and leave your mark at one of the largest FMCG companies on the planet.

What makes this internship exciting?

As an intern in the Supply Chain Department, your ideas will drive impact, and your creativity will take center stage.

The team will provide you with opportunities to support projects that will help you gain knowledge of the order-to-cost process in a global FMCG company. You will learn how supply chain and logistics operate on a daily basis for a Benelux company, and understand E2E supply chain management, replenishment planning, customer service, and inventory optimization.

This isn’t just about learning – it’s about leading! Here’s what your journey will look like:

  • Work on improvement projects with customers and internal departments to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage operational KPIs and be responsible for conducting external audits on product data quality.
  • Adopt AI and automation in operational activities to improve processes and reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations and logistics management.

You’re the perfect fit if:

  • You are available for 5 to 6 months starting 25th of August or 1st September 2025 (minimum 32 hours/week).
  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master program, preferably in a related field.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are advanced in Microsoft Excel.
  • You have a basic understanding of database management systems and data visualization tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
  • You are keen to learn about supply chain principles, including inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
  • You are ready to lead projects and contribute to supply chain goals.
  • You like working on diverse projects, including data analysis and stakeholder management.
  • You demonstrate structured and analytical thinking.
  • You are self-driven and tech-savvy.

Why you’ll love working with us?

We know internships are all about growth and exploration – and we’ve got you covered.

  • A €625 gross/month allowance.
  • Travel reimbursement (if you don’t have a student travel card).
  • Fun and engaging intern programs – onboarding, events, and activities with fellow interns.
  • Access to extensive training programs for personal and professional growth.
  • A flexible working environment tailored to your success.
  • A behind-the-scenes experience at one of the world’s largest and most innovative FMCG companies.
