AI Architect & Solutions Lead

As an AI Architect & Solutions Lead, you will spearhead the development of our AI platform and the creation of custom AI solutions for our clients. As a key R&D figure, you will lead a team of talented AI solution engineers. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of the AI products we deliver.

Responsibilities:

As AI Architect you will;

• Lead R&D efforts and provide direction to a team of AI solution engineers.
• Architect the AI core of our platform, determining key AI features and implementations in collaboration with our backend software architects and engineers.
• Design and implement custom AI solutions for specific client needs and internal product development.
• Serve as a technical and AI advisor to clients, uncovering AI opportunities for their business.
• Contribute to the expansion of our AI development platform to support the swift creation of complex AI solutions.

Job requirements

Our ideal candidate needs to have;

• Minimum 4 years of AI experience in an R&D or software development role, with a preference for:
  • Expertise in Computer Vision.
  • Experience in client interaction, demonstrating a problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Master's degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python programming and familiar with modern AI frameworks, adhering to industry best practices.
• A team player mindset with excellent knowledge-sharing abilities, combined with independent problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
