Join HEINEKEN as a Product Designer

At HEINEKEN, our global B2B e-commerce platform, eazle, is redefining digital ordering for businesses across 35+ markets. We are on a mission to create seamless, scalable, and engaging experiences for our customers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and passionate Product Designer to help shape the future of digital B2B commerce.

What You'll Do
As a designer on the eazle team, you’ll contribute to a high-impact product that’s rapidly evolving—and we’re looking for someone who sees change as an opportunity for growth. This is a role for motivated, adaptable designers who are ready to wear multiple hats, learn fast, and help shape the future of digital B2B commerce.

You’ll be part of a growing, collaborative design team embedded within cross-functional squads that include product owners, researchers, and engineers. We’re intentional about building an engaged and supported design culture—one that values feedback, celebrates learning, and encourages designers to grow both personally and professionally.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Product Designer at HEINEKEN's eazle platform, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, researchers, engineers, and fellow designers to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with product goals
  • Participate in user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisions
  • Test and iterate on your designs using user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to continuously improve the customer journey
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs for web and mobile, always with the end user and business goals in mind
  • Create accessible designs that are inclusive and meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), ensuring all users can interact with our products
  • Contribute to and evolve the eazle design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across global product teams
  • Tell compelling stories about your work using data, insights, and clear rationale—making the case for your designs to stakeholders across the business
  • Engage in technical discussions to ensure designs are not just beautiful, but also feasible and aligned with technical constraints
  • Jump into new challenges when needed, with a flexible mindset and a desire to grow your skills across different domains

Who You Are
You are a creative problem solver with a passion for designing intuitive digital experiences. Your ability to balance user needs with business objectives makes you a valuable asset to any team. Furthermore, you will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI), with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design choices effectively.
  • Proficiency in Figma and an agile mindset for iterative design and collaboration.

What's in it for you? Let's uncork!

  • A gross monthly salary ranging from €5500 - €7000, depending on your experience.
  • Start with a one-year contract, with the chance for a permanent role—we want to keep great talent.
  • Plenty of vacation time: enjoy 20 vacation days per year, plus a flexible budget to add 10 extra days—that’s 6 weeks in total.
  • Work-life balance: benefit from generous parental leave for both parents, with the added flexibility of working from home up to 2 days per week.
  • A strong pension plan: at HEINEKEN, we contribute 2/3 of your pension, so you can build a secure future while doing meaningful work.
  • Stress-free commuting: enjoy easy travel with an NS Business Card for public transport, making your daily commute simple and stress-free.
  • Grow with us: we offer endless opportunities for you to learn, grow, and explore new career paths, both locally and globally.
