Tour Employee – Heineken Experience

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a positive appearance and act as the ultimate Heineken ambassador.
  • Handle guest questions and complaints in a timely, customer-friendly manner, independently or in consultation with the Floor Manager.
  • Guide VIP tours for specific groups according to the operations schedule.
  • Perform day-to-day operations in key positions within the tour, such as info desk, cash desk, brew room coordinator, entrance host, bar coordinator, and brew room.
  • Maintain awareness of safety within the Heineken Experience (HEX) and proactively inform the Floor Manager about potential risks and safety improvements.
  • Ensure a clean and representative work environment.
  • Provide first aid support when needed.
  • Stay informed about HACCP and ARBO precautions and translate these into the daily work environment.
  • Identify and inform the Floor Manager proactively about possible process and tour improvements.
  • Guide and act as a role model for Flex workers.
  • Cooperate positively with the Floor Manager, other tour employees, and Flex workers.
  • Be the ultimate draught master, understanding the techniques and knowledge of Heineken beer.

Who you are:

  • MBO or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Min 2 years of experience in a hospitality leadership/supervisory role
  • Guest engagement experience (storytelling experience is a plus!)
  • Flexible and ability to manage uncertainty and work under pressure
  • Proactive mindset & solution oriented
  • Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written)
