What makes this internship exciting?

As an intern in the Human Resources Department, your ideas will drive impact, and your creativity will take center stage.

The team will provide you with opportunities to support projects that operate at the intersection of people and organization, ensuring legal compliance, implementing changes in labor law, developing health programs, organizing consultations with Works Councils, negotiating and translating CLA, and advising HR colleagues on various issues.

This isn’t just about learning – it’s about leading! Here’s what your journey will look like:

  • Ensure that the actions of various HR teams are legally correct.
  • Keep track of and implement changes in labor law.
  • Develop health programs with local HR teams.
  • Organize effective consultations with Works Councils.
  • Negotiate the CLA and translate it into daily practice.
  • Advise HR colleagues on handling labor conflicts, personnel privacy legislation, and managing long-term absenteeism.
  • Participate in projects from other HR teams as needed.

You’re the perfect fit if:

  • You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting 25th of August or 1st of September 2025 (minimum 32 hours/week).
  • You are enrolled in a university degree (3rd or 4th year) in Employment Law or Law with a focus on employment law or you have followed a minor in Employment Law (and Reorganization) as part of your studies (HRM).
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (including writing and speaking).
  • You have basic skills in PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, and Word.
  • You have an affinity with employment law.
  • You show ownership and initiative.
  • You are a strong communicator and team player.
