We are seeking a skilled Senior Performance Engineer to join our Expert Services Team.
Drive our performance engineering practice ensuring optimal systems performance for our customers and development teams. This involves designing and executing performance tests, analyzing data to identify performance issues, identify trends, recommend improvements and working closely with developers and other stakeholders to establish strong discipline foundations.
We are looking for someone who is able to inspire and motivate customers and colleagues alike, asking the right questions and translating business requirements into actionable designs. As a customer-centric engineering expert, you'll be vital in optimizing our clients' systems performance. You will be the go-to-person for all performance related topics in a Backbase Engagement Banking Platform implementation. You will work alongside our Solution Architects and multidisciplinary implementation teams to gather requirements, design and implement modern solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading performance workshop sessions, refinements and providing guidance to both our customers and our internal organization. You will also proactively research and implement innovative performance solutions, validating them through PoCs and sharing your findings to drive continuous improvement. Your daily work centers on ensuring our customers experience peak system efficiency and effectiveness.
