As a Senior Process Excellence Consultant, not only will you be the translator of our customer’s data into strategic business value, you will also be responsible for the journey in end-to-end transformation.

Profile

You…

• have a Master in Econometrics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree;
• have 2-5 years working experience in a similar position in consulting and/or transformation management;
• are excited about the applications in business transformation, change management, process mining and continuous improvement;
• have excellent project management skills and enjoy sharing knowledge with others;
• experience in end-to-end delivery of projects;
• are fluent in English and another language;

You will be…

• working together with our customers to provide solutions to their challenges;
• translating data insights into strategic business value;
• building business cases and presenting them to our clients;
• assigned your own internal initiatives to support the growth of Apolix;
• receiving relevant training in process improvement and process mining;
• coaching and supporting junior Apolians with their development (both personal and professional);
