Who we are
BioCore is an international trading company that has been active since 1991 in the trade of organic grains, oilseeds, pulses, and by-products. Our products are sourced and sold globally to customers in both the feed and food industries.
Long-standing relationships with both suppliers and clients are the foundation of our business. These partnerships, combined with many years of experience in the organic sector and our robust quality systems, enable us to deliver reliable, high-quality organic products to our customers.
Our mission: BioCore plays an active role in the development of fair organic farming across the world. We pursue this mission by trading certified organic raw materials and by supporting and working sustainably with organic farmers.

Your responsibilities will be shared equally between BioCore and the CPO (50/50). You will support and contribute to the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders - ensuring deadlines are met and findings are accurate. You're numerate, analytical and know when to ask critical questions. You will enjoy working collaboratively to take the finance team to the next level.
Your responsibilities include:
Accounts receivable management – Monitoring incoming payments and ensuring prompt follow-up on outstanding items
Accounts payable management – Reviewing and processing purchase invoices
Bank reconciliations – Accurately recording payments and receipts
Periodic closings – Supporting both month-end and year-end closings, and participating in the year-end audit process
Reporting – Assisting the Controller with revenue and margin reporting
Analysis & advice – Analysing financials and comparing actuals versus budget
VAT – Ensuring timely and accurate VAT returns across multiple countries. You’ll also act as the internal point of contact on VAT matters
Internal controls – Maintaining and executing control processes
Process improvement – Streamlining and optimising various financial and administrative workflows
Who you are
Most importantly, you are analytical and detail-oriented, but also pragmatic when needed. To thrive at BioCore and CPO, it’s key to have a “hands-on” mindset and a curious, open attitude. We’d love to hear your views on how to approach the role and responsibilities. Ideally, you:
Have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent working level) in Finance & Control
Bring 2–5 years of experience in a finance administration role
Are fluent in English (spoken and written)
Have experience with Exact and Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus
Are familiar with international VAT legislation and able to apply it in practice
What we offer
A unique opportunity to help grow BioCore and CPO, and to be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team within an established multinational. We’re always open to tailor our offer to your needs, but we already provide:
