We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter to take the lead on all recruitment activities in the Netherlands. You'll connect talented professionals to meaningful careers and help shape the growth of a company committed to making a positive impact.

Your role

As Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide variety of roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, local HR teams, and global HRBPs to deliver a high-quality, efficient hiring process and an excellent candidate experience.

You will also play a role in employer branding, campus recruitment, and global projects aimed at improving recruitment tools and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactive sourcing and screening of candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Writing compelling and tailored job postings (in Dutch and English).
  • Guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process, including intake meetings.
  • Choosing the best platforms and strategies for advertising each vacancy.
  • Keeping our ATS (SuccessFactors) fully updated with candidate progress and data.
  • Coordinating interviews and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Supporting and attending career events, job fairs, and campus activities.
  • Participating in global recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
  • Reporting regularly on recruitment status and metrics.

About you:

You’re motivated, professional, and ready to grow in a dynamic, international environment. You’re not only great at finding the right people—you understand the importance of recruitment in shaping business success.

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment.
  • Creative and resourceful approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.
  • Skilled at writing job texts that speak to the target audience.
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles across departments at once.
  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Able to understand the strategic goals and talent needs of a global biotech company.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, ideally SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
  • Flexible, well-organized, and adaptable to shifting workloads and priorities.
  • A strong team player and relationship builder.
  • Willing and able to be on-site in Gorinchem at least 3 days per week.
