The Challenge - What future are you building towards?

As a consultant in the AI & Data team at EY, you help companies transform into smart organizations by unlocking the hidden value of data. This involves all possible facets of data & analytics: think of data engineering, dashboarding, process mining, data science, machine learning, data strategy, data governance, master data management, and data quality, as well as themes like artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things. As a consultant, you receive broad training to help clients solve the most difficult and urgent problems using data, seize new opportunities, and realize innovative products and services.

Our team currently consists of over 65 enthusiastic and motivated colleagues! This may sound overwhelming, but we ensure that we meet weekly (formally and informally) to stay updated on the latest developments. Our team falls under EY Tech Consultancy and is currently one of the key pillars within EY. Worldwide, one in three employees works in Tech, and EY has more than 50,000 Data Scientists!

What You Will Do - How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?

• You will look for concrete information solutions that deliver immediate results for our clients by translating information needs into creating models, dashboards, and management reports.
• You will work on projects where you are responsible for analyzing large, diverse datasets, building models, setting up data flows, and creating dashboards, with the ultimate goal of creating concrete value for the client.
• You will use various tools such as Python, R, SQL, Spotfire, Tableau, and PowerBI for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• You will work in multidisciplinary teams and with the client, which requires you to communicate your findings clearly.
• With your specialized knowledge, you add concrete value and surprise the client!

What We Are Looking For - Where do you start if you want to change the world?

• You have completed a university master's degree that is beta-related or technical.
• You are communicatively strong in Dutch and English.
• You have demonstrable affinity with and interest in consultancy, particularly in Data Analytics and Data Science.
• You have worked with Python, R, or SQL during your studies.

What We Offer - Is everything that counts being counted?

• Flexible working: in consultation with your team, you determine where and when you work. At home, in the office, at the client, or from another European country (up to 20 working days per year).
• Home office arrangement: to optimally set up your home workspace, EY provides the following resources: office chair, sit/stand desk, external monitor, desk lamp, (Bluetooth) headset, and a large external keyboard.
• Salary: in addition to your fixed salary, you may be eligible for a bonus depending on EY's financial performance. You are also entitled to an expense allowance (depending on your position) and an internet allowance of €40 net per month.
