Working globally across functions, you'll own your projects and process from start to finish, with the influence and visibility to achieve what needs to be done. And if you're willing to bring your ideas to the table, you'll get the support and investment to make them happen.

Your potential will never be wasted. You'll get the space and support to take your development to the next level. Every day, there will be opportunities to learn from peers and leaders through working on exciting, varied projects with real impact. And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you'll keep learning exciting new approaches.

About the role

As the IT&D Senior Business Analyst-DMS, you will lead and manage our Distributor Management Systems, SFA and MFA applications. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a new function from the ground up, driving innovation and scalability to support Essential Home’s business strategy.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, pragmatic and loves a challenge. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are action and result oriented. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, maintain product profitability, manage product costs, and lead all product operating model forums relevant to the role. This position requires a deep understanding of the Consumer Goods sector and the route to market trade dynamics for both modern and independent trade channels.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy for Distributor Management Systems, Sales Force and Merchandising Force automation applications.
  • Manage and maintain technologies in Commercial Execution scope.
  • Lead and facilitate product operating model forums to align stakeholders and drive product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Monitor product performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to sales and merchandising teams to maximize the effectiveness of automation tools.

The experience we're looking for

This opportunity requires you to create something new, not to upgrade or transform something existing. No one will tell you how to do it, so you will bring vision and thought leadership, while being pragmatic in the implementation.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
  • You are collaborative and build bridges internally and externally.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Excellence technologies, In-Store Execution KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
