At Chordify, we're looking for a DevOps Engineer (3+ years of experience) to join our team.
Our mission at Chordify is to make it as easy as possible for musicians of all skill levels to learn to play their favorite music.
As a DevOps Engineer at Chordify, you'll help improve the server infrastructure, for both our users and colleagues.
Within Chordify, you'll work in the Digital Infrastructure team - a team whose mission it is to provide a secure and reliable infrastructure for Chordify's operations. Ultimately, our users will have a great experience on our apps and web, thanks to the stable server infrastructure that you provide.

be part of the Digital Infrastructure team - a multidisciplinary team that focuses on maintaining, refining, and improving the infrastructure which runs our internal services and supports the millions of people who use Chordify every day;
help ensure that the Chordify platform is always online
look at upcoming infrastructure requirements, and ensure they are implemented without downtime
respond to monitoring messages and take proper action, for example by upgrading a VPS to have more RAM (or maybe by filing an issue with our back-end team that a certain process is suddenly using a lot of RAM)
automate as much as possible, for example gracefully taking a server offline for maintenance
maintain and improve CI pipelines
The most important tools and software that we use in our team are Puppet (which may at some point be replaced, potentially by Nix), HashiCorp Vault, MariaDB, Redis, Nginx, HAProxy, ProxySQL, Jenkins, Nagios, Gitlab, and Sphinx search.
a gross monthly salary of €3900 to €5100 (based on 40h/week, excluding 8% holiday allowance) depending on your skills and expertise;
