Your mission is to keep our users compliant to bunq's policies and the law, while investigating any potential deviations πŸ”Ž As our Second Line Guide for Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), you will serve our users by taking ownership of:

  • Customer experience 🌱

  • Thoroughly investigating and verifying the legitimacy of high-risk clients and transactions.

  • Continuously monitoring accounts for suspicious or unusual activity that could impact our users.

  • Ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations to protect user’s interests.

This challenge is perfect for you if

  • You have proven skills in financial investigative techniques to thoroughly investigate and assess potential risks associated with high-risk customers or activities

  • You are familiar with the EDD process to effectively implement compliance measures and mitigate risks associated with money laundering and other financial crimes

  • You know the basic concepts of company banking accounts to evaluate the financial stability and legitimacy of corporate customers during the EDD process and personal banking accounts
