Creating a business process to improve sales via vouchers or other methods to have a low key engagement with our customer base

You will be tasked with:

• Gaining insights in important DAF / PACCAR Connect business processes
• Support a cross divisional project, giving the opportunity to see many departments within DAF
• Creating a proposal together with the technical development team, together with marketing how these customers can be contacted or informed.

Jouw profiel

We are looking for a proactive intern studying in Business Administration related fields who can help us with improving our processes, which ensure we can offer the best service towards our customers. For this you need to have a drive to understand business processes, be structured with the ability to get the information from a multitude of stakeholders. Additionally able to work in a multi-disciplinary and international team.

Competencies:

• Strong in English language, structured, proactive, energetic and creative.

Afdeling

Global Connected Services Europe is a dynamic and growing part within the organization of DAF Trucks. It is responsible for services based data derived from the truck. Based on this data, generated by the truck, we offer the customers insights to help them to optimize their operations. To make sure we supply the best service for first hand and second hand vehicle owners, PACCAR Connect is looking for business processes to identify sales opportunities and attract more paying customers.

Each intern will have the opportunity to participate at the Student Event. During this event you will meet other interns and find out more about DAF/PACCAR!
