We are looking for a Menu Planner for our ambitious, fast-growing team in Amsterdam. Working in the Product Operations team, you take a leading role in creating and maintaining the weekly menus.

Our recipes and menus are the heart of everything we do, and we need a detail-oriented, problem-solving, food-loving expert to take them to the next level. In this role, you'll lead the planning of our (modular add-ons) menus and oversee the operational process that keeps our menus running smoothly. As the key stakeholder for procurement, marketing, and recipe development, you'll ensure our offerings are both delicious and efficient. 🥑 This is how you’ll make an impact

  • Take ownership of the menu planning end-to-end process to ensure our customers receive exciting and delicious meal options according to our Product and Culinary strategy, whilst adhering to our operational and business constraints.
  • Lead in creating our recipe briefings, analyze the customers' needs, the performance of our menu, and translate that into delicious recipes.
  • Collaborating with our Culinary, Procurement, and Marketing teams to solve operational or supply challenges on the upcoming menu.
  • Taking on customer feedback analysis. This includes the translation of insights from deep diving into the menu and recipe performance, to making recommendations to improve future menus.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to bring our innovations and strategies to life by optimizing processes and ensuring seamless menu execution.

🍉 These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Excellent communication & time management skills, you have experience in managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • A quantitative and analytical mindset and know how to use data as the basis of your decisions.
  • Good understanding of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Highly organized with a supreme attention to detail; you’ll triple confirm and cross-check until you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it’s correct!
  • You’re pro-active, ambitious, and make things happen. You are willing to do this in a fast-paced environment and do not shy away from a challenge.
  • Fluent in English.
  • You are passionate about food!
