About the role:
Are you ready to lead and drive in-store execution excellence across global markets? As the Trade Marketing & Perfect Store Lead, you will spearhead our global Perfect Store program, establishing capabilities and best practices to maximize store activation effectiveness. You'll apply insights from successful trade activations, focusing on HERO products and key product categories, and collaborate with local Trade Marketing & Perfect Store leads to ensure compliance with the global strategy while allowing for localized execution.
Your role will involve consolidating the global Promo Golden Rules, ensuring they are applied across markets for optimized promotional success.
The impact you’ll make:
- Lead the global Perfect Store program, setting the vision and strategy for in-store execution excellence across all regions and covering modern and traditional trade archetypes
- Develop and roll out Perfect Store capabilities, creating repeatable toolkits, frameworks, and training programs to enable markets to deliver best-in-class in-store execution, in collaboration with the Commercial Insights & Analytics team
- Consolidate and analyze store activation ROI, providing insights and recommendations to optimize in-store strategies globally
- Cross-fertilize winning trade stories by sharing successful in-store activation practices focused on HERO SKUs, driving adoption of these practices across regions
- Consolidate promotional golden rules as part of the Perfect Store program, ensuring execution excellence across countries while enabling local adaptations, in collaboration with the Global RGM lead
- Collaborate with local Perfect Store leads to ensure global strategies are deployed effectively, providing support and guidance to tailor execution to local market needs
- Monitor and evaluate the global performance of Perfect Store initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and contributing to the Trade Terms program on Pay-for-Performance excellence
- Define the Perfect Store digital roadmap in collaboration with the Commercial Excellence platform owner and drive tooling adoption across markets
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Strong understanding of planogram design and in-store visual merchandising
- Excellent communication skills along with expertise in managing cross-regional teams
- Language: Fluency in English is required
