This is what you bring to the team

You will represent us to our customers and lead internal improvement projects. In return, we look for professionalism, decisiveness, and strong decision-making skills. You should be analytical, an effective communicator, and able to maintain an overview while prioritizing customer needs.

Additionally, you have:

  • A completed HBO degree in a technical or business-related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management within a production environment;
  • Affinity with technology (experience in electronics is a plus);
  • Experience handling 8D reports;
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and project management;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English (German is a plus).

Your daily responsibilities include

Your mission is to handle complaints efficiently and within agreed timelines. Based on periodic data analysis, you develop Quality Improvement plans in collaboration with colleagues from various disciplines. You monitor our quality performance, maintain regular discussions with customers, and track progress on improvement initiatives. During the quotation process and new product development, you proactively identify and mitigate risks. You contribute to risk analyses, create control plans, and prepare product-related quality documentation.

Your tasks further include:

  • Monitoring and improving supplier quality performance;
  • Conducting and following up on internal and external audits;
  • Guiding and following up on customer audits;
  • Ensuring management information is available on product & production risks and customer complaints;
  • Actively participating in interdisciplinary and departmental improvement projects.
