Department
The marketing department consists of three sub departments: Content Management Organization (CMO), Strategic Marketing, and Global Branding. Together these teams develop marketing campaigns, client communication, RFPs, management of all Robeco’s websites, and the production of a wide variety of content. The Global Branding team’s primary responsibilities are brand development and maintaining brand consistency. On the brand development side, we aim to grow the brand in terms of name and proposition (investment capabilities) awareness. This is done by developing and coordinating a wide range of marketing communication: advertising campaigns using all available online and offline channels, event management (both online and in-person), and video productions. Maintaining brand consistency is a shared responsibility for all in the team and includes safeguarding our corporate identity (colors, designs, logos, etc.). The team works in close cooperation with all other marketing teams, sales, local offices, corporate communications, and investments and uses a network of creative agencies and communication suppliers. Global Branding consists of 9 people: three Brand specialists, three event specialists, and two designers in the Studio. The Head Global Branding is the team lead.
