In this role you will play a key part in keeping HR operations running smoothly across Europe while driving continuous improvements. What you will do:

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations within international HR processes.
• Act as super user for the company’s HR system and tools.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and HR systems.
• Prepare for regular internal and external audits and ensure data integrity and quality.
• Supporting payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple European countries (Netherlands, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Italy and Germany).
• Managing the technical and operational aspects of the annual salary review process while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Advising Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on country-specific HR regulations.
• Managing country-specific benefits and advising on compensation strategies.
• Preparing and providing analysis reports to support management decision-making.
• Standardizing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with local labor laws across Europe.
• Managing insurance and pension vendors, negotiating conditions to ensure cost-effective and competitive coverage.
• Supporting pay transparency initiatives by ensuring salary data is accessible and aligned with regulations to promote equitable and compliant practices across all regions.
• Maintain and update records of external employees and contractors.

Who you are

To be eligible for this position, this is what you bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in an international work environment, handling multi-country HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, compensation structures, and HR regulations across multiple countries.
• Fluency in English (business proficiency); additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards is a strong advantage.
• In-depth understanding of European labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in HR technology, including HRIS, payroll software, and data analytics tools.
• Strong Excel skills.
