eCommerce Specialist (maternity cover)

Overview

As an Ecommerce Specialist, you'll be pivotal in optimizing our direct online sales channels. Your focus will include enhancing product listings, implementing GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies on site, monitoring and improving SEO (Search Engine Optimization) performance, analyzing website performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive e-commerce success.

What You'll Do

Product Listing Optimization:

  • Develop and maintain engaging product listings across e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy of product details, images, and pricing.
  • Strategize listing optimization for improved search visibility and conversion rates by using tools such as Algolia, Contentsquare and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with global and local marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to align ecommerce initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to drive synergy and maximize results.
  • Support cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the e-commerce ecosystem.

GTM:

  • Assist in developing and executing GTM plans for product launches and promotions.
  • Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure effective GTM implementation.
  • Monitor GTM performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Website Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI and Contentsquare.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic sources, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Utilize insights to optimize website performance and user experience.

SEO Implementation:

  • Execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page content accordingly.
  • Monitor SEO performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Product Management:

  • Assist in monitoring and managing NPI process to guarantee product availability throughout the different seasons.
  • Check and update product attributes, prices and availability within Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, GTM strategies, SEO, or related roles.
  • Strong interest in ecommerce platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and CMS.
  • Solid understanding of GTM strategies and their application in ecommerce.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
