Cloud Engineer

We’re looking for a Cloud Engineer to help design, build, and maintain the cloud infrastructure powering Framer. You’ll work on creating scalable, reliable systems using infrastructure-as-code, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability while enabling seamless site hosting for our users.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain essential features for our site that hosts the core product.

• Use infrastructure as code (Terraform) to create a maintainable and healthy infrastructure ecosystem.

• Make critical decisions on reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Define and implement backend architecture and infrastructure strategies.

• Ensure code quality through reviews, mentoring, and standards adherence.

• Focus on building robust systems that scale.

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience at a product company.

• Expertise in Terraform and good knowledge of Golang.

• Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.

• Familiarity with microservices, container technologies (Docker), and cloud infrastructure (AWS).

• Strong organizational and self-management skills.

• A focus on quality, scalability, and performance.
