Als Business Controller met een focus op revenue assurance zorg je voor de controle en optimalisatie van de inkomstenstromen binnen de organisatie. Je analyseert en minimaliseert risico’s in het facturatie- en opbrengstproces en waarborgt de nauwkeurigheid, betrouwbaarheid en naleving van contractuele en wettelijke verplichtingen. Je werkt gestructureerd samen met Finance, Sales, Operations en IT om ervoor te zorgen dat alle inkomsten correct worden geregistreerd en verantwoord.
De Business Controller met focus op revenue assurance speelt een essentiële rol in het beschermen en optimaliseren van de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie. Door nauwgezet toezicht te houden op de volledigheid en nauwkeurigheid van inkomstenstromen, zorgt deze professional ervoor dat alle verdiende inkomsten correct worden vastgelegd. Daarnaast zorgt hij voor efficiënte processen en tijdige facturatie, wat niet alleen de winstgevendheid en cashflow verbetert, maar ook bijdraagt aan hogere klanttevredenheid en vertrouwen.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Analyseren en optimaliseren van inkomstenstromen: Monitoren van alle omzetstromen en identificeren van afwijkingen, verlies of potentiële risico’s.
- Procesverbetering en risicomanagement: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van verbeteringen in het facturatieproces en contractmanagement.
- Stakeholdermanagement: Fungeren als schakel tussen Finance, Operations, IT en Sales om datakwaliteit en procesuitvoering te verbeteren.
- Rapportage en monitoring: Opstellen van periodieke rapportages over opbrengststromen, inclusief KPI’s zoals omzetrealisatie, marge, en afwijkingen.
- Compliance en audits: Zorgen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving, interne richtlijnen en contractuele verplichtingen.
Wat breng jij mee:
- Opleiding: Bachelor of Master in Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy, Finance, of vergelijkbare richting.
- Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in business control, revenue assurance of een vergelijkbare rol.
- Technische vaardigheden: Ervaring met ERP-systemen en financiële rapportagesoftware, bij voorkeur AFAS, SAP of Power BI.
