What you’ll do as a QA Engineer at Online Payment Platform

We don’t just handle payments—we enable platforms to accept, hold, and disburse funds securely.
As a QA Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our customer-facing web applications and APIs. You will:
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for web applications, including KYC
- Automate back-end (API) and front-end testing, and end-to-end workflows using tools of choice.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing on Laravel-based back-ends and React.js front-ends.
- Validate API functionality, error handling, and performance under various conditions.
- Conduct performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility, including accessibility and usability testing.
- Implement security and accessiblity testing for sensitive customer-facing workflows such as payment flows and onboarding flows.
- Track and document issues, test results, and improvements using Jira.
Your impact
- Experience in API testing (manual and automated) using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Strong understanding of REST API principles, HTTP methods, and JSON payloads.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Knowledge of performance, cross-browser compatibility, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with Laravel, PHP-based back-ends, and React.js front-ends.
- - Experience integrating unit, functional, integration, and regression test suites within CI/CD pipelines
- Basic knowledge of security testing and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
