Sales Representative Germany

Farm Frites is continually working to expand its global position in the food service market. To help realise our growth ambitions, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative Germany.

Your role

In the role of Sales Representative you will be focusing on optimising the performance of our Sales Account in Germany. You are responsible for the ongoing development of strong commercial relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients as well as with new ones.

And you will also:

• Work as an ambassador for the Farm Frites branded portfolio;
• Travel within sales regions to meet prospects, customers and their end users;
• Manage end user promotional activity and Wholesale promotional activity including Ra Ra days and trade shows.
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily;
• Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with new and repeat customers;
• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs;
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the management team

Your team

You will be part of our Sales Department team and will report to the National Key Account Manager. Together with your colleagues in a pleasant, welcoming office environment, you will be working on furthering the growth of Farm Frites.

Education and skills

• Relevant working and knowledge level in Business, Communications, and/or any equivalent education that demonstrates expertise in customer engagement;
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Chef or a sales related role in Food Service is a requirement;
• Excellent language skills, orally and written, in German;
• The ability to take on responsibilities, independently taking self-initiative and tenacious;
• A go getter attitude and can-do mentality, feeling comfortable working under pressure;
• Other important competencies are commercial awareness, customer orientation, influencing skills and meeting objectives.
