Job Purpose

The Group Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in optimising and managing the flow of goods, services, and information within the supply chain to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. This role involves analysing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve operational performance and support the monthly (S&OP) cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• S&OP Support: Support in the execution of the monthly S&OP cycle, including data preparation, analysis, and reporting. Prepare data and templates for markets and presentations for group executive S&OP meetings.

• Data Analysis & Decision Support: Perform detailed data analysis to support demand planning, supply planning, and financial planning.

• KPI Tracking & Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost, efficiency, and lead times.

• Data Quality & Process Improvement: Validate the quality of data received, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction within the supply chain.

• Report Development: Build new reports based on insights from ongoing projects (e.g., harmonisation of S&OP, building group S&OP, inventory excellence, Compass).

• Project Support: Assist in projects such as Inventory Excellence and Harmonisation of S&OP by preparing project management activities (e.g., setting up SharePoint and managing documentation).

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

• Knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and tools.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4, ECC) and planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP) is preferred.

• A master’s degree or certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
