What does our International Traineeship entail?

Welcome to the International Mechanization Traineeship, an exciting component of our Traineeship program that offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of automated logistics and supply chain operations. Mechanization within our organization plays a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, innovation, and safety across our distribution centers and e-commerce operations.

What are we looking for?

• HBO or master's degree in Technical Field (e.g. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering for Mechanization) by the start of the traineeship.
• Affinity with warehouse logistics and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles. Experience with automation tools and robotics is a plus.
• Up to two years (maximum) of working experience.
• Excellent proficiency in English (level C1 or up).
• Reside in and are eligible to work in the Netherlands. Since your first rotation will be at a Dutch brand, a good understanding of Dutch is also required (minimum B2 level).
