What you can expect from the work

Based in Amsterdam working from our HQ, you will:

  • Analyze the performance of paid campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat and more.
  • Measure and optimize the ROI of online and offline advertising initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on budget allocation, campaign performance, and ad effectiveness.

CRM and Retention Insights:

  • Collaborate with the CRM team to analyze customer segmentation, retention strategies, and engagement patterns.
  • Identify data-driven opportunities to improve customer activation and retention across all stages of the lifecycle.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Help prioritize and execute growth initiatives using data-backed recommendations.

KPI Reporting & Dashboards:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track critical metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and website/app traffic.
  • Regularly report on marketing and CRM KPIs to guide strategy and execution.

About you

  • You are based in The Netherlands, are an EU resident, or have an existing visa to work here. A relocation package is not provided.

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • 2/3 years of experience in marketing, business, or product analytics, ideally in a fast-paced environment, marketplace experience is a huge plus.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools, including SQL and large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with DBT or equivalent tool for data transformation

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio.
  • Knowledge of statistical and data modeling tools (Python is a strong plus).
  • Hands on experience with multi touch attribution models (Nice to have).

Marketing Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with CRM data analysis and customer journey optimization.
  • Experience with ad platforms like Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, or DV360.
  • Knowledge of CDPs or DMPs (e.g., Segment, Rudderstack) is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively engage stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
