As a Business Consultant Credit Risk, you'll play a crucial role in building the credit platform of the future.

Your job

You have a major stake in the transition and digitalization of our services. For this, you:

• Identify and report the requirements for credit risk processes;
• Understand how our credit platform needs to change to meet those requirements;
• Identify the technical requirements needed to do so;
• Translate complex requirements into solutions that add value;
• Manage progress and timelines;
• Stimulate (agile) collaboration and motivate team efforts;
• Engage with-, and manage all stakeholders.

Working Environment

You will work in the Credits Capability Grid department. Our aim: to drive the bank towards data-driven Credit Risk management by enabling exemplary data capabilities. You will work closely together in a professional team of 15-20 colleagues - mainly other consultant and IT teams. You also have daily contact with various internal stakeholders and teams to delivery.

Your profile

As a Business Consultant, you easily make connections and effortlessly substantiate your analysis in accessible language. You recognize the needs and questions of our business - you know what we need and how it adds value. Once you have identified those needs, you work in a solution-oriented way: with an innovative and fresh look, you think up how our new credit platform should take shape. To this end, you are the bridge between our business and IT departments.

Your profile:

• A relevant university degree or diploma
• 2-5 years experience in consulting or business analysis, preferably in the banking or credit sector
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA Align or Azure Boards (pre)
• Affinity with scrum and agile frameworks
• Pro-active attitude, with care for details and ensuring accuracy
• A team player who stimulates collaboration and keeps stakeholders close
• Willingness to contribute to a future-proof, sustainable credit system

We are offering

We want you to help us enhance the bank’s credit risk monitoring capabilities and become a data driven bank. We can offer you an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where there is room to grow, based on your drive and ambitions. Furthermore, we offer:

• The gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 5.112 - max. Eur. 7.303) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and Benefit Budget. A 40-hour workweek is also possible
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year
• The possibility of hybrid working (in consultation with your team)
• An annual public transport pass
• An excellent pension scheme
